About the Machine

The RDS-15 closed-circuit, portable horizontal shaft impact (HSI) crusher offers rapid set up time and exceptional wheeled portability. And, with the ability to easily return two decks to the crusher, the RDS-15 can increase output by up to 20 percent.

• Four-bar impactor offers exceptional durability and accuracy to produce a uniformly sized product.
• On-board power runs all plant functions plus three auxiliary outlets. The IROCK RDS-15 uses one power source to run a complete crushing operation.
• Ability to return top and the middle deck of oversized material back to the crusher. This feature boosts production by splitting the load on two decks rather than one.
• IROCK’s exclusive ROCK BOX design promotes the build-up of crushed material. This natural rock shelf reduces wear on the discharge point.
