About the Machine

The Barford SR124 is one of the largest mobile scalping machines with a small enough footprint to transport permit free and use on residential sites. This compact, high-production screener has two large 12' X 4'2" screening decks, a Cat/Perkins Stage 5 engine, and can screen at up to 300 tph. It is able to process most materials including soil, sand, gravel, coal, topsoil, cotton burbs, overburden & demolition materials, and it can run at high capacity all day long. Customize your screen decks to make on-spec DOT approved 3/4 inch, pea gravel & 57 rock. The SR124 also comes on tracks meaning it can be easily moved from job site to job site. It is easy to use and can be set up and ready to screen in just 15 minutes. The Barford SR124 can also save money on your fuel bills with the onboard dual diesel/electric system which comes as standard when you buy from Machinery Partner. The added benefit of this screener is that it can be powered by mains electricity so you can operate it in noise-restricted and residential job sites.
